Auroralina Ivenhart's proposition within the Convocation of Silvermoon (Reformed) was a means to regulate arcane addiction that would be available to all high elves, regardless of financial or social standing. With the same idea as the fabled Sunwell Rings, elven metalsmiths, jewelsmiths and enchanters will work together to find a way to create something akin to the Sunwell Rings, that can be available to all.
