Auchindoun, the City of the Dead.
Auchindoun is a large Draenei structure formerly used as a holy burial site for the Draenei. The structure itself was destroyed when the Shadow Council took over and summoned an elemental, thus causing a destructive blast.
The ruins of Auchindoun have been inhabited by many, including but not limited to:
- Ethereals under the Nexus-Prince Shaffar.
- Servitors of the Burning Legion, along with the Auchenai of the crypts.
- A renegade clan of Arakkoa practicing dark magics.
- Various elements of the Shadow Council.
