King Baelic I (1 F.A. - 81 F.A.) was the second king of the Kingdom of Gilneas. He was the eldest son of the legendary King Aderic I, the first king of Gilneas, and was known to fight in his father's name during the War of Silverpine alongside his two brothers who fell in battle. Baelic's reign was troubled at the start as he dealt with the Second War of Thorns and several border disputes with Lordaeron. Despite this, he is remembered as a good king, having founded the beginnings of the territory of Arevass, though following his passing, the Twins War was waged between his two sons.
