Carnival of the Sun is an annual two-day festival in Silvermoon City to boost the morale of the Soldiers and Citizens of the Horde. All members of the New Horde and neutral organizations are welcomed to join in the festivities and set up shop.
War has become a constant way of life, leaving little for our soldiers to enjoy their lives outside of the battlefield. As a way to continue building morale among the people, the Silvermoon Magistrate established the Carnival of the Sun for a weekend of fun and festivities with vendors, tournaments and a parade.
Events[]
As with any festival, events take place to provide competitive fun for those who wish to join! The Carnival of the Sun offers a few small events fit for all members of Horde and Neutral factions.
Parade of Banners[]
- The Parade of Banners highlights Horde organizations who have assisted both Horde and the War Effort against their enemies. This is a time for these organizations to raise their banners and show pride in both themselves and their organization!
Tournaments[]
- Tournaments will be performed in a specialized area that is located on the maps. The Brawler’s tournament winner and runner up will receive an art prize and gold respectively, and the pet battle winner will be given a choice between a Blizzard store pet or gold!

Booths[]
- Vendors from both Horde and Neutral factions come together to sell their wares and promote their brand.
Belore Gala[]
- On the day of closing of the Festival, the Court presents the Gala of Belore. The ball will kick off the night in a grand display, and we look forward to seeing each and every one of you present! Dress in your finest attire, masks are not required but are encouraged to wear!
