Felblood Elves are an offshoot race of the Sin'dorei that have been corrupted by the Burning Legion. They were the most loyal followers to Kael'thas Sunstrider and were rewarded by Kil'jaeden with the gift of allowing themselves to gorge on demonic blood for remaining in Outland.
