Leper Gnomes are horribly mutated gnomes who were exposed to toxic radiation within the gnomish capitol of Gnomeregan. While their minds vary, the majority of them are violent, unsound, and sickly. They attack any and all who come into their city. Their racial leader is typically seen as Sicco Thermaplugg, yet there are a few who are independent or willingly work with the Horde. Some are enslaved, as seen in secret Silvermoon sweatshops.
