Scribes weave words of power into glyphs which can improve heroes' skills and abilities, including adding special effects that are not possible by normal means. They create consumable scrolls and tomes and pieces of vellum for enchantments. Like enchanting, Inscription can help veteran adventurers improve themselves by focusing on augmenting abilities and not equipment. To do this, scribes require pigments milled from herbs.
