Cathedral of Light

The Cathedral of Light in Stormwind City is one of the most striking and awe inspiring of the cathedrals of the Church of the Holy Light. The construction of the cathedral was overseen by Archbishop Alonsus Faol and his apprentice Benedictus after the Second War and has since stood as a powerful symbol of the Light's presence on Azeroth.

Presently, the Cathedral serves as a place for quiet contemplation of the Light in the city, and inside one will find many healers tending to wounded soldiers, as well as various members of the clergy of the Holy Light. Many of the duties of stewardship have fallen on High Priestess Laurena. The Cathedral houses a library, in which trainers of the healing arts may be located, and a large crypt sits underneath the Cathedral.
