Decreta Alonsus II: IV, also recorded by the name In Provision to Stormwind, is the fourth decree of Alonsus II. Published on 2 October, 2802 A.D., the decree establishes two offices within the college of canons, reforming the college. It is known historically as the decree that provided leadership to the Diocese of Stormwind during the mid-October to late-November illness of the Archbishop. The decree established the leadership during the Invasion of the Iron Horde.
