The Hand of Wrath is an order within the Bloodmoon Dominion comprised of San'layn who have earned special notice for their abilities. Handpicked by Sinar onos En'kilah, the Queen's Wrath, these individuals vary widely in their skillset and have less rigid expectations and division that most of the Dominion's military strength would see. The Hand of Wrath exists to best embody Queen Alytheria's will in the world, operating in small numbers to exercise their profound strength.
