Havenswood is an island home to a lost Gilnean settlement. The town was split in two districts, Lower Havenswood and Upper Havenswood, linked together by a single bridge. Now mostly abandoned, a mysterious and terrible incident took place that resulted in the raising of an undead horse and the transformation of what was left of the populace into feral worgen. The bridge leading to Upper Havenswood and Havenswood Castle was destroyed and the lower district is in shambles.
It was rediscovered during the Blood War as one of many islands upon which Azerite began to sprout, making it a prime target for the Alliance and the Horde.
