Helmswood Motte is a small motte-and-bailey styled fortification garrisoned by militia-men belonging to the House of Ardalan resting just south of the border of the County of Stonewind. Its purpose is to patrol and maintain the roads between the two great lands, keeping them free of both debris and banditry.
