Master Sergeant Henry Wallace Stormwall was the overseer of Cellblock Stormwall during Durnholde's internment of the orcs following the Second War. He later reprised his prison warden role after being roped into the sinister schemes of House Kessler.
History
After the death of Aedelas Blackmoore, Stormwall reallocated his regiment to serve as elite reconnaissance agents for the Lordaeronian Army during the Third War. Due to deaths of major top brass during this trying conflict. Most who served under Stormwall were given honorable discharge.
A Dirty Job
Stormwall's men were left without a steady income, and weren't all too comfortable sitting idle in Southshore. This restlessness led to an erratic decision being reached, where he would eventually find himself plunged headfirst into the criminal world, reclaiming his cellblock only to have it serve the ends of a Syndicate kingpin known as Thirnas Kessler. While Stormwall's regiment were hesitant to take part in this very unsavory trafficking operation, the more loyal operatives under his command were more than willing to rake in the gold on the table, all save for one, that being Markus Quinn.

Nearly triumphing over a battered, tired Markus, Stormwall's searing rage left him unaware of the prison sabotage occurring behind him. The escaped prisoners all took turns cutting the belligerent jailor down.
