Imperator of the Gorian Empire

The Imperator of the Gorian Empire, also known as 'Gor,' is the title given to the head of state of the Gorian Empire. Imperators are sometimes, but not necessarily chosen by birth, and many Imperators have come to power by gathering support among the populace. The Imperator is an absolute monarch who acts as dictator to the empire. Typically advised by a council of high ranking Gorian sorcerers, warriors and statesmen.
