Iron Horde Invasion of Azeroth

The Iron Horde Invasion of Azeroth was a major offensive led by the Iron Horde in an attempt to conquer the world of Azeroth on October 14th, 34 L.C.. Following the Time Splicing of the Dark Portal, Warlord Garrosh Hellscream led the Iron Horde through the Dark Portal and into the Blasted Lands, overwhelming and destroying Nethergarde Keep. Both the Grand Alliance and New Horde mobilized to counter the Iron Horde's forces, landing hundreds of troops on the shattered beachhead. Several adventurers and mercenaries from throughout Azeroth also joined in the fray.
