Karlain is a member of the Council of Six, the ruling body of Dalaran. Karlain is known for his work as an alchemist and for his control over his emotions. Karlain is the most recent addition to the Council of Six until they select a replacement of Archmage Sunreaver. He was a member of the group of adventurers responsible for finding the Scythe of Elune, and returning it to the Night Elves.
