The Milidynes Family is a mostly large lineage centered around various settlements across the map of Azeroth. While many of these people are members of the House of Milidynes, a percentage of the population is excluded from the House as they do not meet the requirements of being a full blooded Human, loyal to the Grand Alliance, who bares a close blood relation to the head of the House by no more than 6 generations. Worgen however, who were once full Human prior to their curse are still eligible for membership.

The family has spread to many Human kingdoms under the previous leadership of the wealthy merchant Herod Milidynes who was adamant to bring his goods to the other nations in pursuit of greater wealth. Despite Herod's efforts, the Milidynes continue to primarily reside in the Kingdom of Stormwind.

• Most members of the Milidynes family have been employed by the Milidynes Morgues at least once in their life, thus giving a majority of them more knowledge about Human anatomy than the average citizen of their nations.
• Many members of the Milidynes family are devoted to the Church of the Holy Light, mostly due to the depressive nature of their jobs which mostly consists of mortuary business and military service.
