Mirfield is a trading town, founded by Lord Deegen Rudges. It’s a lavish town full of new settlers everyday. The base population for this town is about three hundred people. It is in the mainland area of the Duchy of Wolfcrest. The houses in the area are well kept, and usually of a decent size. It is a bit of a cookie-cutter town where all the houses and people look the same.

The citizens in the town usually make their money by learning a craft such as tailoring or blacksmithing. They aren’t necessarily rich, but by no means are poor. The inn is a beautiful Gilnean style house, with a gorgeous chandelier hanging above the dining area. The food there is always changing by the day based on what has been sold and traded that given week. The center of town is strictly shops and carts, that anyone can rent for a day up to a year to sell their goods. Every weekend they have a market day in which they invite all the other villages in the Duchy to come and trade among each other.

In the Northernmost part of the town lies Lord Deegen’s estate. It’s a beautiful mansion with the same type of Gilnean design as the inn, but is much larger. The outside of it has a beautiful fountain forged to look just like the one they have in the Cathedral Square in Stormwind. It is fenced all around with a large gate at the southern entrance. On either side of the gate stands a statue of twenty two feet tall, of two Gilnean soldiers donning tabards with House Hawthorne's crest on them. The main door also dons two large drapes with the crest of House Hawthorne hanging down from them as well, to show loyalty to the Duke and Duchess of Wolfcrest.
