Naval Hospital Hatherford is a hospital dedicated to the care of Kul Tiras Naval Personnel, with the secondary purpose of training corpsmen and future physicians to serve in the Kul Tiras Navy.
The hospital offers free care to the sailors of the navy, as well as low cost care to civilians. A civilian dentist will come sometimes to offer dental care on an as needed basis.
