At a young age, Ophelia became an orphan within the Duchy of Kentillie, during The Forsaken Intrusion. She and her brother were taken prisoner by the occupying Forsaken forces in the middle region of the Duchy, but were rescued by The Ashen East.

Now, Ophelia and Theodore live with their adoptive father, Barretin Denare, within Almerry Manor.
