Qin Huang-Di (Chin Hwong-Dee) or merely "Qin" is the founder and first "Master of Mists" of the <Jade Mist Guardians> He is a Pandaren whom has been tasked by the Jade Serpent, Yu'lon, with the task of uniting Pandaria under one banner. With Lord Taran Zhu caught up in the incident with Garrosh Hellscream, and the distance between the Tushui and the Houjin schools of discipline, Yu'lon has deemed it the appropriate time for a Pandaren Empire to reemerge. The belief is that this would protect Pandaria from threat in such a fragile time, as well as defend their ancient heritage and culture. While Huang-Di feels that the Pandaren must become a part of the world, and must help the world as a whole as a part of it, he believes in a strong, Pandaren central government to make sure that Pandaren civilization continues.

Qin Huang-Di was born in an undisclosed location in the Jade Forest. His parents unknown, the young Pandaren was left at the Temple of the Jade Serpent at an early age.
