The Village of Silison Barwick is a small fishing village on the northern bank of the Nazferiti River, within the Barony of Lontshire. It has a strong Kul Tiran background, as many of the residents have parents and grandparents who hail from the Kingdom of Kul Tiras.
History[]
The village was founded in 294 K.C. by a settlement group of fifty persons. The first Mayor was an elderly man by the name of Miles Clook, a uneducated river fisherman that had a talent for making friends.
Since its founding, the village has experience slow and steady growth, as well as a small tourism economy from the food sold by second generation Kul Trians.
Governance[]
The village is governed by an elected mayor with lordship powers, comparable with to an elective monarchy, but on a much smaller scale. The mayor governs with the help of a small, three person council.
The village willingly passes on its judicial powers of persecution to the Charge of Silison Barwick, mostly for major crimes like murder, rape, and treason.
