Slarke Shadowstorm, a name that while forgotten or unknown to some, those that did know of it, knew it belonged to a dangerous man. Now, he wasn't quite scary, or intimidating, he could be, but that's not what sparked the fear. What sparked the fear, was his lack of caring what really happened, so long as he got what he wanted. He would employ whatever he needed to, whether it be assassinations, public execution, or lots and lots of bombs.
The sight of him is rare these days, but in the past he was a somewhat common sight, constantly causing explosions, and often found in the gang-fights of the city.
