Cubhood[]

Soo-ha's arrival to the Monastery in Kun-Lai was quite unusual. She was discovered upon the snow-laden steps leading up to the wing of the White Tiger's archives, barely five days old with a note addressed to an attending Lorewalker known as U-Jinn Tranquilbrush. The male was not a spring hen, approaching his fiftieth year but he took the young cub under his wing, naming her Soo-ha and keeping the contents of the note to himself. Those who made the pilgrimage to Pandaria's various monastery may have heard of a foundling left in the middle of the frigid night and those part of Lorewalker circles would've definitely noted the incredibly fluffy cub following U-Jinn around.

She was a strange one though.

Soo-ha was a very social cub, boisterous too but despite U-Jinn's best efforts she would not speak, only make noises that their kind could due to instinct such as bleating, chirping, purring and rumbling. Though the rest of the monastery found this to be concerning, U-Jinn accepted his daughter and all of her eccentricities with open arms, teaching her how to sign, read and write to help with her communication and education.

Young adulthood[]

Over the years, Soo-ha soaked in everything she learned from U-Jinn like a sponge, she took a keen interest in books, and picked up on Lorewalker magic quite easily, particularly in the field of inkweaving. However, despite this, she did not seem to have much of a social life. This was particularly due to her physical peculiarities. Soo-ha's short stature and rather 'thin' waistline by Pandaren standards did not make her particularly attractive in the eyes of her peers, coupled with her rather sheltered worldview she often found herself being both dismissed and talked down to by her peers.

This was only somewhat remedied by the somewhat frequent visits of a friend of her father's, Huiyi Silvershadow, who had taken quite a liking to her for he had taken her kindness and eagerness for a friend as interest.

A year later, she abruptly vanished from the monastery after telling her father she was going to head down to a nearby village for some dried fruit, leaving no trace of herself behind save for a stuffed rabbit toy U-Jinn had given her. Heartbroken, U-Jinn put out a gold reward for her safe return that started at three hundred and has risen in price during the years, now sitting at a steady and unclaimed thousand.

During her escape, she dipped her paws in ink to disguise herself the best she could, working odd jobs as dishwashers and putting on stories for cubs here and there, but despite her best efforts she could not evade the gaze of the veteran Blackguard, Yasashi Ironbrew, who had been sent to retrieve her. Fearful of returning and believing the truth would break her father's heart, she begged Yasashi to let her go but he was adamant that justice would prevail.

But what was the word of a librarian against an honored hero of their homeland?

During her struggle, the stress had sent Soo-ha into labor, and she found herself with both a daughter and ally, as Yasashi found he had a change of heart.

Current Day[]

Soo-ha finds herself within the company of the Wayfarer's Caravan these days, acting as both homemaker and merchant.

She is content with her life, having found love and comfort in Yasashi's embrace and blessed with two beautiful daughters. Despite this, she finds her heart still aches for her father, and prays that one day he will be able to safely meet his grandcubs.

Disposition[]

The Pandaren's presence is more or less silent and easy to pass over due to her small size. Often, she is mistaken for a cub at a quick glance due to her height but whether or not such assumptions offend her is unknown. Some would argue that she is severely underweight by Pandaren standards, seeming to lack the 'bounce to the ounce' that the other females of her kind boast about having. Her fur color borderlines a dark purple, adding almost a luminous quality to her white fur and an extra shine to bright golden eyes. The area around her eyes are dotted with small, tear drop shaped markings that encircle the underside of the circular patches over each eye. Soo-ha's hair is a shade lighter than her fur, a stark white streak creating a noticeable rift in the color. The length and texture of her fur reflects her heritage of being from the colder regions of Pandaria. A big thing that one might note about her is her lack of speech. While she is unable to talk, Soo-ha is able to make small and more bestial noises.
