Located in the Island of Tovner, The Elis Lands contain Lily Harbor, Copperpick Mine, and the Forest of Archibald. Their namesake is Duke Elis Tavinar of Gilneas, who founded the land of Tovner. Ore and wood from Copperpick Mine and the Forest goes to Lily Harbor, making the main export of Tovner. These lands are owned by the House of Tavinar, the family of Elis.
