Wild Dwarf Clans (sometimes referred to simply as Wildhammer clans after the most prominent clan of the wild dwarves) as they are collectively known are clans of wild dwarves who are often ascribed (though not always) to being loyal to the Wildhammer Clan. Wildhammer Clans are most often based in Northeron and the Hinterlands, though some are known to hail from the Wetlands. Most if not all Wild Dwarf Clans share trade agreements with each other, though there have been recorded rivalries and clashes between the clans in Northeron.

The progenitor and patron clan of all Wildhammer Clans, the Wildhammer Clan holds a seat on the Council of Three Hammers. Their ancestral home was in the mountain city of Grim Batol, though after it was destroyed in the War of the Three Hammers they moved to Aerie Peak. They are currently led by Falstad Wildhammer, with Kurdran Wildhammer as a secondary leader after he abdicated his position to his cousin.
Thunderstrike Clan[]
The Thunderstrike Clan was a clan of Wildhammer Dwarves that sought to unite the wild dwarves of Northeron and Aerie Peak during the Cataclysm. The clan has since fallen to the wayside.
Stormbeard Clan[]
The Stormbeard Clan is a clan of Wild Dwarves that resides primarily in Northeron. Their Thane, Dwaldin Stormbeard, held the honor of leading the Dwarven Vanguard after the events of the Cataclysm.
